Non-IC Items

Here are Non-IndustrialCraft Items which are needed to create or use IndustrialCraft items:

	Cactus: Block found on desert biomes, which can be raised and deals damage when touched, which can be smelted into Cactus Green dye. Needed to craft the Desertification terraformer blueprint.
	Chest: The chest, crafted from a square of wooden planks. It is needed to craft a Personal Chest or a Trade-O-Mat.
	Diamond Gem: Rare resource, result of mining Diamond Ore. Needed to craft Energy Crystals, Diamond Drills, Glass Fibre Cable, Teleporters, and Iridium Plates. They can be made in a Compressor
	Dirt: Surface material, needed to craft a Recycler and a Cultivation terraformer blueprint.
	Flint: Has a random chance of being dropped from Gravel. Needed to craft a Coalball, a Macerator and Industrial TNT.
	Flower (aka Dandelion): Flower found on grassy areas, which can be crafted into Dandelion Yellow dye. Needed to craft the Cultivation terraformer blueprint.
	Furnace: The plain old furnace, crafted from a square of cobblestone. It can be used to make a basic Generator or upgraded into an Iron Furnace using its alternate recipe.
	Glass: The smelting output of Sand. Needed to craft a Geothermal Generator, a Solar Panel, a Luminator and a Reinforced Glass.
	Glowstone Dust: Product of mining Glowstone blocks found in the Nether. Needed to craft a big amount of IndustrialCraft items, including Advanced Circuits, Electric Jetpacks, Quantum Leggings, Terraformers, Teleporters, Mass Fabricators, Recyclers, Nano Sabers, and EC-Meters.
	Gold Ore: Product of mining gold. Its Dust can be used to craft Glowstone Dust (above) and the OD Scanner.
	Iron Chestplate: Armor made out of Iron Ingots. Needed to craft Composite Armor.
	Iron Ingot: Created from smelting Iron Ore on a Furnace. Needed to craft many IndustrialCraft items, such as an Iron Furnace, a Generator and a Mining Pipe. Can be smelted into Refined Iron which is needed to craft a Mining Pipe, a Recycler, a Miner, a Geothermal Generator and a Machine.
	Iron Boots: Protective footwear made of iron, used as a conductor for Static Boots
	Iron Helmet: Protective hearwear made of iron, used as a base for a Solar Helmet
	Iron Ore: Product of mining iron. It is most useful on IndustrialCraft when made into a Dust, created by a Macerator. It could also be directly smelted into an ingot (so that it can be smelted into Refined Iron faster).
	Lapis Lazuli Block: A block made of 9 rare Lapis Lazuli. Needed to craft Terraformers and LapPacks.
	Lapis Lazuli: A rare wool dye which is the product of mining Lapis Lazuli Ore. Needed to craft Advanced Circuits and a Relay.
	Lava Bucket: Right-clicking lava while using a Bucket results in a lava bucket. Needed to power a Geothermal Generator.
	Leather Tunic: Armor made out of Leather dropped from Cows. Needed to craft Composite Armor.
	Lever: A lever used to trigger redstone circuits. Needed to craft a Switch Cable.
	Milk: Gathered from cows using an empty bucket, useful for those who don't like Dark Coffee
	Obsidian: Created when flowing water meets stationary lava, and is known for its difficulty to mine (only a Diamond Pickaxe is able to successfully mine obsidian, and takes 15 seconds to do so). Needed to craft a Coal Chunk.
	Rail: Has an alternate recipe from Bronze in IC².
	Redstone: Product of mining Redstone Ore. Needed to craft many IndustrialCraft items, including the Electro Furnace, Switch Cables and an Electric Circuit.
	Rose: Flower found on grassy areas, which can be crafted into Rose Red dye. Needed to craft the Cultivation terraformer blueprint.
	Sand: Block mainly found on desert biomes, which can be smelted into Glass. Needed to craft the Desertification terraformer blueprint.
	Sapling: Randomly dropped from trees, and can be used to grow new trees (depending on space and light) which can be grown instantly with Bone Meal. Needed to craft Plantclumps.
	Seeds: Used to grow Wheat and is dropped from partially and fully grown wheat. Needed to craft the Cultivation terraformer blueprint.
	Snowball: Created by using a Shovel on Snow or a Snow Block. Needed to craft the Chilling terraformer blueprint.
	Eye Spider Eye: Looted from spiders and used for prodution of Grin Powder and ultimately Weed-EX
	Stick: Crafted from wooden planks. Needed to craft a Water Mill and crops
	Stone: Stone, in its smooth form, is needed to create a Compressor, Reinforced Stone and the Compression terraformer blueprint.
	Stone Shovel: Tool. Needed to craft the Flatificator terraformer blueprint.
	Sugar: Made from refining sugar cane, great for sweetening up your Coffee.
	TNT: Explosive which can be triggered by a player or by redstone circuits. Needed to craft Industrial TNT.
	Water Bucket: Right-clicking water while using a Bucket results in a water bucket. Needed to craft Hydrated Coal Dust and the Irrigation terraformer blueprint.
	Wheat: One of the standard MC plants, used as a booze brewing ingredient.
	Wood: Found on trees, and can be mined with any tool (but Axes speed it up). It can be smelted into charcoal, which is a renewable fuel replacement.
	Wooden Planks: Crafted from raw wood. Needed to craft a Water Mill and a Treetap.
