The Debug Item is a creative-mode only item that gives an infinite amount of EU. Unlike most portable storage items, the Debug Item instantly fills the storage buffer of the device it is placed in, meaning it can be used in testing of high-power, end-game machines such as the Scanner and Mass Fabricator. Strangely, this item cannot be accessed through the creative mode menu and can only be obtained by using the /give @p ic2:debug_item command or by using a mod such as NotEnoughItems.
