Nuclear fuel is the unpackaged material used in a 
Nuclear Reactor to generate power. It must be packed into a 
Fuel Rod (Empty) to be of use.
It is also highly radioactive.

Nuclear fuel comes in two varieties, enriched uranium and MOX (mixed oxide).
Uses[edit]
Nuclear fuel's only use, apart from poisoning unprotected players due to its intense radioactivity, is to be packed into a fuel rod via the 
Canning Machine.
