The Integrated Heat Dispenser was invented to help the Nuclear Reactor to cool the Uranium Cells down.
It takes the heat of the reactor and divide the heat around it.

In this form some of the heat will be cooled down by the Cooling Cells around the Integrated Heat Dispenser
