v2.X (or IC² experimental) is a new version of IC² and adds a HUGE amount of new stuff. Although it is currently under development, the only serious bug left is that the E-net is still a work in progress, so explosions and electrocution doesn't happen.
IC2 experimental is unstable, may break worlds and its API may change frequently. Create backups of your world when using it.
