New Item/Block of IndustrialCraft².

Bugged in 1.64 and will cause NPE errors, evoid usage.

The Toolbox can be used to store your tools. Put it in your inventory, and right-click with the box in your hand to open/close it.

If your inventory is full when you open it, all of the stored tools will be dropped on the ground.
