The Scuba Helmet serves two purposes:
- It refills your breath bar when it gets to four bubbles. It will also take a Compressed Air Cell from your inventory.
- When worn in conjunction with the Hazmat Suit, Hazmat Suit Leggings, and Rubber Boots, it provides protection from environmental dangers such as fire, lava, Nuclear Reactors, and other effects.
