The Reactor Fluid Port is a part of the new multiblock Pressure Vessel Reactor. The fluid port is used to input coolant into and output hot coolant from the Nuclear Reactor inside. Inputting and Outputting coolant can be done using Buildcraft Pipes or similar mods but for outputting you can also use the Fluid Ejector Upgrade since the fluid port has a slot for it.
