Liquid Heat Exchanger

Liquid Heat Exchanger is very useful device. It can produce Heat from Lava or Hot Сoolant. By-products are Pahoehoe Lava or cold Coolant. It uses near to 10 lava cells for drive Blast Furnace and make 20 Refined Iron.
