New Item/Block of IndustrialCraft².
Empty Cells can be used to create Water Cells (which are used to create Coolant Cells), Lava Cells, Bio Cells (which can be extracted into Biofuel Cells), H. Coal Cells (which can be extracted into Coalfuel Cells), Uranium Cells and Near-Depleted Uranium Cells.
Can be used as stackable bukets for harvesting water\lava blocks.
In Industrial Craft 2 Experimental, there are also Universal Fluid Cells which are renewable and used in the Canning Machine.

Known Bugs[edit]
Will cause item asyncs if you hold mouse key or press it faster then once per second when harvesting water\lava blocks.
In IC2 Experimental, the biofuel and coalfuel cells don't do anything because the system for refueling Fuel Cans has not been implemented yet
