A Universal Fluid Cell filled with compressed air to be used with the Scuba Helmet and Blast Furnace.
The scuba helmet, when worn, takes one from your inventory and replaces it with an Universal Fluid Cell.
The Blast Furnace uses compressed air to generated Refined Iron. The compressed air will change to Universal Fluid Cell.
It is unknown how many Gibbl is contained within a Compressed Air Cell.
Attention: This is only application of cells in which they aren't destroyed!
