This. sink power from ajacent energy storage block when they atleast 69.99 full and store inside Electrolyzed Water Cells. When energy storaged 25% or less cells discharged to provide energy. Speed and effectiveness depend on energy storage block used. ONLY ONE ENERGY STORAGE CAN BE USED BY ELECTROLIZER.

Speed is 8*2^tier EU per tick. Energy loss is 1500 * (3-tier). Total cell capacity is 20k with maximum return of 18.5k.

Since lava cell provide 20k and does not reqiure MSFU to discharge, this completely useless as energy transport.
