It's small, it's low-weight and full-power. While wearing an Bat-Pack, all electric tools will drain energy from the batpack. and since the Batpack can carry LOADS of energy, this isn't much of an issue.
However, keep in mind: Bat-Packs do NOT protect you from receiving damage. As well, due to the massive energy storage and complexity, Bat-Packs can only be recharged in MFE's, for a cost of 60000 EU. For safety means (goddamn, 60000 could mean 300 possible HV pulses!), you need to activate a BatPack by RIGHTLCLICKING while holding it, first. Otherwise your tools will not be able to drain energy from it. But seriously, get a Bat-Pack RIGHT now, it's even BATMAN-approved!
