The Scuba Helmet serves two purposes:
- It refills your breath bar when it gets to four bubbles. It will also take a Compressed Air Cell from your inventory.
- When used in conjunction with the Hazmat Suit and Hazmat Suit Leggings, it provides protection from environmental dangers such as fire, lava, and Nuclear Reactors.
