Universal Fluid Cells are fluid containers, similar to buckets but stackable, and are a replacement for the legacy cells.

Universal Fluid Cells can hold up to 1000 mB of fluid, though if not completely full, cannot be stacked with other cells. This does however allow for transfer of smaller amounts of fluid, such as the UU-Liquid produced by the 
Mass Fabricator.
Unlike the old cells, Universal Fluid Cells are reusable when placed in machines and will appear in any relevant output slots once their fluids have been extracted.
Universal Fluid Cells are also used as crafting components in various recipes including the 
Geothermal Generator, 
Semifluid Generator, and 
Jetpack.
