Flatlist and Subgroups

I suggest adding the Flatlist template and using it in the Navbox template. You can read about it at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Flatlist. It automatically makes the list horizontal and automatically adds a dot between each item on the list, so you don't have to add your own dot to each item. It should also eliminate the need for the -->
