The Splitter Cable is a special cable which prevents EU from flowing through it when a redstone current is applied.
Will accept only direct redstone current. Handle EU Packets up to 512 with 0.025 loss per block.
With latch\datacell redstone gate and detector cable can be used to automatically switch storage blocks on overflow or deplition.
