The '''RE Battery''' is the most basic [[EU storage item]] in IC², with storage of 10K EU and a transfer rate of 100 EU/t.

A single RE Battery can store 10,000 EU, and can recharge your electric tools by simply right-clicking, using the current charge in the RE Battery. You can recharge the battery at a BatBox, MFE, or MFSU in the top slot, or charge the EU Storge Block by puting the battery in the lower slot. You can use it as often as you like, it will never break of material exhaustion!

You can also stack fully discharged RE Batteries up to 16, but you cannot stack charged batteries, even if the RE battery is not fully charged.

However, RE Batteries are somewhat fragile and therefore could be dangerous to handle if you bunched them up into a cluster, so we even designed a special "T500-Rechargeable Energy Storation Unit Storage Device". The little battery box is compact, safe, and will store ''six'' charged Batteries!
And you can even reopen the entire package by simply RIGHTCLICKING it! That's cool, right? Right?
Also, what does rightclicking even mean?...

HAYO[edit]

Of course we don't want to bore you with some random details of the T500-Rechargeable Energy Storation Unit, so we just tell you this:
If one piece of coal stored 3000 units of power, our RE Battery's power level would be OVER NINE THOUSAND! Take that, Vegeta! A little battery can smelt your entire everything into something else!
Ah, and we didn't mention the big feature of our beloved little gadget yet: It's fully rechargeable and completely indestructible. This is meant serious: You can use it as often as you like to, it will never break of material exhaustion!
