A QuantumSuit Helmet holding some charge can provide additional effects for energy, in order of highest priority for EU use:

* drains 1,000 EU each time it recharges the underwater breath bar.
* replenishes the hunger bar at 20,000 EU per 1 food unit, with zero saturation.
* for 10,000 EU it will cure poison effects each time you are poisoned.
* cure radiation (20k EU per radiation level) //on testing does not seem to cure radiation. Radiation does not seem to have a poison effect and it only drains 1000 EU from taking damage from radiation.
* for a drain of 100,000 EU it will cure Wither effects from Wither Skeletons each time you are Withered.
