The Painter is used to paint Cables so they only connect to black cables or cables of the same color. This can be used to prevent mixing different kinds of current or to prevent excessively high CPU usage due to Cable intersections. Painters can also paint Construction Foam Walls and Wool.
Before you can color Cables you must first dye the painter with the dye of the color that you want to use.
Notes:
-A painter can be used 32 times before running out of dye.
-The painter is fully compatible with the BuildCraft automatic crafting table.
- If you have Railcraft installed, you can directly right-click on Iron and Steel Tank blocks to paint them, instead of crafting them with dye.
