Special version of Reactor Heat Vent.
Draws heat directly from reactor hull, but will self-destruct if no external cooling is provided.
Each reactor tick, the Overclocked Heat Vent will draw up to 36 heat from the reactor hull, then cool itself by 20 heat. This component will easily overheat and destroy itself unless heat exchangers are used to balance heat.
