The Mixed Metal Ingot is a combination of Iron Plates, Bronze Plates, and Tin Plates. It can be placed in a Compressor in order to create Advanced Alloy, a material used in numerous advanced items.

And yes, for now it's just a pile of random ingots, we know that. But the name "Mixed Metal Ingot" is great for this... well... thingy.
