To mine Lead Ore, a Stone Pickaxe or better is required.
 
Lead Ore can be smelted into [[Lead|Lead Ingots]], or more efficiently, can be placed into a [[Macerator]] to create two [[Lead|Crushed Lead Ore]].
 
It is found between layers 0 and 65, and usually in groups of up to 6 blocks.
