There is no "Voltage" and current energy implementation has nothing to do with Real Life electricity, "voltage" term is totally wrong.
Energy transfered like items over pipe network with instant speed and smart pathfinding. (same implementation as RP2 pneumatics but instant)
Theese "items" called packets and have only one parameter - size.
Size measures in Energy Unit per Packet (EU\P).

A HVT (or High Voltage Transformer) can transform any amount of packets from the '''3-Dotted Side''' (max size 2048 EU-p) into 512 EU-packets at the '''1-Dotted Sides'''. (E.g. 2x 2048 EU-p --> 8x 512 EU-p)
If redstone'd, the HVT will transform any amount of packets from the '''1-Dotted Side''' (max size 512 EU-p) into 2048 EU-packets at the '''3-Dotted Sides'''. (E.g. 4x 512 EU-p --> 1x 2048 EU-p)

Multiple HVT may be directly installed on a [[Nuclear Reactor]] if the reactor outputs more than 2048 EU/t, otherwise the wire/single transformer/energy storage will explode.
