The Fuel Rod has a single use. It is used as a container for Nuclear fuel, and is used in the Nuclear Reactor. Each fuel rod costs one Iron. Once the Nuclear Fuel in the rod is depleted, the Iron in the rod as well as the spent Nuclear Fuel can be retrieved by placing it in the Thermal Centrifuge. The recipe for a Fuel Rod is one Iron Plate in the Metal Former in extruding mode.
