The Fluid Pulling Upgrade retrieves fluid from any valid fluid storage attached to any wall of the machine in which it is installed. If there are multiple valid targets, it will retrieve some amount of liquid (~50 mB/t?) from each valid target in turn, until either the machine is full or no valid targets remain.
Recipe[edit]
Depending on your version of IC2, you may be able to use Dense Tin Plates in the recipe to multiply your output accordingly.
