The Ejector Upgrade is an upgrade for many machines, similar to the Overclocker. It can be used inside any machine which can output items, including the Macerator, Compressor, and Extractor. By default, the Ejector Upgrade will move items to the first valid side it finds. To configure the ejector upgrade, and therefore force it to output only to a particular side, hold it at hand, sneak and right click the side you want the machine to output from. For example, if you sneak right click the top face of a block, the machine you insert the upgrade into will only output into the block above it. This is especially useful when trying to make compact processing setups. Every time the Ejector Upgrade moves an item, it consumes 100 EU.

When using default configuration, the checking order for valid output side is: East, West, South, North, Top, Down If multiple ejector upgrade are used simultaneously (not stacked), then the rule of first ejector upgrade will be applied; if no valid side is found, then the next one will be checked. Thus player can customize the order which valid output side is being checked as long as they have enough upgrade slot.
