The EV-Transformer works identically to any other transformer. It can accept an infinite amount of EU/t(?) and outputs 4x2048 EU/t. When inverted via redstone signal or the option inside the gui, it will instead take in 4x2048 EU/t and output 8192 EU/t(Insane Voltage).
