Distilled Water can be obtained by two ways - one is Solar Distiller that accepts up to 10 buckets of Water and slowly transforms it in sunny time only into Distilled. The first three cells of Distilled Water you will need to make Coolant Cells, and then craft Overclocker upgrade.
Second way is a Condenser, it's faster, but it is reasonable if you have a Pressure Vessel Reactor.
Note: It's unable to create a endless source of Distilled Water, this trick won't works!
