The Coolant Cell is used in the Nuclear Reactor. This cell can cool the reactor, absorbing up to 10.000 heat units from Uranium Cells, while cooling itself down by 1 unit of heat/tick. With a simple math, you can deduce that the Coolant Cell, if used non-stop, will be effective for approx. 16 minutes and 40 seconds. An example of where this little piece of information could be usefull is in automatic neuclear plants.
It can be created by placing a Water Cell in an Extractor.
