The Coolant Cell is used in the Nuclear Reactor. This cell can cool the reactor, absorbing up to 10.000 heat units from Uranium Cells, while cooling itself down by 1 unit of heat/tick. Stored heat can be drawn out by a Integrated Heat Dispenser to prevent an overburdened cooling cell from melting. Note that the coolant cell will only function when inside a reactor, and will not cool when in a chest or any type of inventory slot.

It can be created by placing a Water Cell in an Extractor.
