Advanced BatPack

The Advanced BatPack is the Medium Voltage equivalent of the BatPack. It is used to provide energy to any electric tool with a power tier of 2 or less. Currently the only tools it is unable to charge are the Iridium Drill and Mining Laser. The Advanced BatPack is used by placing it in the chestplate slot. Once equipped, any electric tools used will automatically drain their energy from the Advanced BatPack instead of their internal buffers, until the Advanced BatPack runs out of Energy.
