Cables are the most useful Wiring mechanism introduced since... now... Redstone Wires, i guess.

You can link Cables to anything in any angle, as long as the cable-sides keep touching each other. However, caution is advised, no one likes shunt faults.

All futurely introduced energy-generating machines will be capable of emitting electric current. They will only do this if not busy with something else, though.

If however, some sort of Generator is creating energy, without actually using it, it will start emitting electric current. This can be absorbed and transmitted via Cables.

A cable can theoretically transmit current in any direction, but if you power one end of a long cable, the power will always run to the other end, you can be assured.

If you now have a generator, connect it directly to an energy-using machine via cables, the generator will power the machine. For example an Electric Furnace.

Electric machines have only minimal storage, thus they cannot "charge up" or "save energy" for real. Some machines, however, will require some more energy to start running. This means that it will take a few seconds of laid electric current for the machine to start working again.

As well, not every generator will emit the same power of current. Even more, transporting energy via cables is not perfect and thus the emit'd power will become less and less potent, the further it travels.

A good aspect about cables, however, is that you can SPLIT them. If a current finds more than one possible way to go, the energy will be split in half and distributed to both new ways equally.

We do not, however, recommend trying to split up a cable into 3 lanes at once. Experience has shown cables will melt if you try to do so. You can, however, split one of the 2 cables a second time, resulting in a total of 3 lanes.

This way, you can possibly even power multiple machines with a single generator, HAYO!

Of course we don't want to bore you with some random details of the T500-Rechargeable Energy Storation Unit, so we just tell you this:
If one piece of coal would store 3000 units of power, our RE Battery's power level would be OVER NINE-THOUSAND!
Take that, Vegeta! A lil battery can smelt your entire everything to something else!
Ah, and we didn't mention the big feature of our beloved little gadget yet: It's fully rechargeable and completely indestructible. This is meant serious: You can use it as often as you like to, it will never brake of material exhaustion!
However, since RE Batteries are somewhat fragile and therefore could be dangerous to handle if you bunch them up to a cluster, we even designed a special "T500-Rechargeable Energy Storation Unit Storage Device". The lil battery box is compact, safe and will store six charged Batteries.
And you can even reopen the entire package by simple RIGHT-CLICKING, that's cool, isn't it?
Btw, what does right-clicking even mean?...
High-Voltage Transformers are capable of transforming normal current into high-volatge. And high-voltage to normal current. And that current to high-voltage again, and that high-voltage... now, i think you get the idea.
High-Voltage has serious advantages, and a small, nearly unimportant disadvantage.
First of all, it comes in a current strength of over <s>9000</s>2000 EUs. Got it, TWO THOUSAND!
If you power a HV Transformer (via one of the 4 side inputs), it will start charging it's capacitor to 2000 EU and then release an extremely powerful current spike of 2000 EUs into any cable wired to it's top.
Alternatively, it will constantly emit it's charge in neat 50 EUs packaged from it's bottom. (Keep in mind, only one of these things at a time. Preferable sending HV.)
Due to the 2000er EU strength, distance-based energy loss is NEARLY OBSOLETE. Seriously, you loose like 1 EU every 5 meters. Even across 200 meters, this barely makes 40 EU. 40 EU of 2000 EUs? Pah, that's ludicrously low, HAYO!

However, please take note, that HV is extremely lethal and dangerous to handle. Do not walk on HV-carrying cables, neither do try to lick them. Specially don't link volatges of above 100 EUs directly into machines, it will probably cause severy damage / destruction.
The Jetpack Move-It-Tiki-Style 999 has everything you need to conquer the air:

Trusters, advanced tin straps, forwards trusters and even a fuel tank! And don't forget the full automatic Chicken Launcher and the integrated Mr. Cappucino for flight breakes.

As well, it includes most advanced security techniques. To prevent from accidents like children flying off to escape from school and similar stuff,

the Jetpack needs to be activated first, by holding it and rightclicking.

Aftet that, just equip it like a casual chest armor, though it's being strapped on the back, and hold SPACE to fly around... until your Fuel runs out that is...
