''Construction Foam'' is a cheap and effective material for defending against mobs.
Players are able to break hardened foam in no time.

Explosion resistance is 60, it will resist TNT, ITNT and creepers, but it provide protection from nukes, reactors and lasers.

Electrolyzed Water Cells are the products of [[Electrolyzer]]s when placed next to an [[MFE Transmitter|MFE]] or [[MFS Unit|MFSU]].
They accept [[Water Cell]]s and, depending on how full the [[MFE Transmitter|MFE]] or [[MFS Unit|MFSU]] is, it will use transfer some of its total storage too. When the [[MFE Transmitter|MFE]] or [[MFS Unit|MFSU]] requires power, it will turn the Electrolyzed Water Cells back to [[Water Cell]]s.

They are capable of absorbing 15000 [[EU]], or approximately 1.5 [[RE Battery|RE Batteries]] per cell. However, they lose 1500 [[EU]], only giving off 13500 [[EU]].
