IC2 EXPERIMENTAL CONTENT
Hot coolant is usually made in nuclear reactors when they are active. The heat can be vented through various Heat Vent to the coolant tanks to make the coolant into hot coolant. The hot coolant can then be used in a Liquid Heat Exchanger with a Stirling Generator to use the heat to generate EU. The hot coolant will then be cooled and will become a regular coolant which can be used back in the reactor. Alternatively, the hot coolant can be used by a steam boiler to make either steam or superheated steam, which can be processed by a steam generator, for a better heat to EU ratio.

As of IndustrialCraft2 Experimental, Depleted MOX is created 100% of the time when regular MOX fuel is used up. This process takes half as long as normal uranium cell. Centrifuging the Depleted MOX will yield the resource used to make the can as well as 3 large piles and 1 small pile of Plutonium. Using MOX will not return any of the U-238 used in making the MOX.

In IC2 Experimental, MOX Nuclear Fuel is the way of the future! Despite lasting only half as long as [Enriched Nuclear Fuel], MOX is capable of much more power generation. MOX fuel becomes more efficient as the reactor heat (as a percent) increases. It scales up to 5x efficiency at 99.9% max heat. With this, MOX can reach reactor efficiencies of up 30, although they need amazing cooling because any escaping might cause slight overheating issues (Insert picture of massive crater here).

Quantum Traverse:

{{Experimental}}
This is a tutorial on replicating items. There are a lot of items that can be replicated out of [[EU]].
Before starting make sure you have:
* a MFSU,
* vast amounts of EU and
* a ton of resources.
Replication is a very expensive luxus and you won't be able to start if you don't fulfill the pre-conditions.

== Uu-Liquid ==

The first thing what you'll need is called Uu-Liquid or Universal-Usage-Liquid.
To make this you need a mass fabricator:
{{Grid/Crafting Table
|A1=Glowstone Dust|B1=Advanced Circuit|C1=Glowstone Dust
|A2=Advanced Machine|B2=Lapotron Crystal|C2=Advanced Machine
|A3=Glowstone Dust|B3=Advanced Circuit|C3=Glowstone Dust
|Output=Mass Fabricator
}}
This machine will accept 512-p (high voltage) and create the Uu-Liquid very slowly. It is strongly recommended to feed this thing with scrap, otherwise it will consume 10 times as much energy! Creating one bucket of Uu-Liquid requires roughly '''22 million EU''' if you supply more than '''500 stacks of scrap'''. Don't worry, most items only require tiny amounts of Uu-Liquid. For example dirt requires 0.00016 buckets and diamond 0.035 buckets of Uu-Liquid per item.

== Scanning ==

Now that you have your Uu-Liquid you will need a scanner:
{{Grid/Crafting Table
|A1=Iron Plate|B1=Reinforced Glass|C1=Iron Plate
|A2=Electric Motor|B2=Luminator|C2=Electric Motor
|A3=Advanced Circuit|B3=Advanced Machine|C3=Advanced Circuit
|Output=Scanner
}}
Before scanning an item you need a way to store the information the scanner will output. This information is also called 'Pattern'. To do so you need some memory crystals and a pattern storage.
{|
|{{Grid/Crafting Table
|A1=Silicon Dioxide|B1=Obsidian Dust|C1=Silicon Dioxide
|A2=Obsidian Dust|B2=Silicon Dioxide|C2=Obsidian Dust
|A3=Silicon Dioxide|B3=Obsidian Dust|C3=Silicon Dioxide
|Output=Crystal Memory (raw)
}}
|{{Grid/Machine
|Top=Crystal Memory (raw)
|Bottom=Coal
|Output=Crystal Memory
}}
|}
{{Grid/Crafting Table
|A1=Reinforced Stone |B1=Reinforced Stone |C1=Reinforced Stone
|A2=Crystal Memory |B2=Advanced Machine |C2=Crystal Memory
|A3=Mining Laser |B3=Advanced Circuit |C3=Mining Laser
|Output=Pattern Storage
}}

Either place the pattern storage directly adjacent to the scanner or put a memory crystal inside the scanner.
Now put any item you want to replicate in the scanner and power it with high voltage (512-p). The scanner will analyze the item and give information on how many Uu-Liquid and EU you'll need to create the item. Note that not all items can be scanned. Scanning one item will roughly consume '''850000 EU'''.

== Replicating ==
Replication requires four things:
* Uu-Liquid
* A pattern
* some EU
* A replicator
In the meantime you should have the first three things. The forth is crafted like this:
{{Grid/Crafting Table
|A1=Reinforced Stone|B1=Reinforced Glass|C1=Reinforced Stone
|A2=Teleporter|B2=Teleporter|C2=Teleporter
|A3=HV Transformer|B3=MFE Unit|C3=HV Transformer
|Output=Replicator
}}
The Replicator accepts up to 2048 EU-p (extreme voltage). To get the pattern into the replicator you need a pattern storage with the stored information adjacent to it. The Uu-Liquid can be supplied by either using universal cells or buildcraft pipes. That's it!
Simply press the green arrow and the replication starts. This will consume some EU and when finished you get your desired item.

==Examples==
Here are some examples for items you can scan and replicate:
