I thought to add a word of Warning for everyone.

If you manage to make energy source that excess the 128EU/t rate, be warned, you have to place a LV transformer before any devices you are going to use.
I learned this hard way and something went up in smoke.

== Redstone settings mean what? ==

I set up my MFE and told it to "Emit when partially filled" and it'll light up redstone if it's less than full, but also not empty. But it will NO LONGER emit power via cables.
