Herbb: adding info about 'news bug'.

The "welcome to the machine" page (tutorial) is very old, quite a few recipes are outdated... It was last updated 10~ months ago. I suggest it is removed (as it may confuse new users!).

Here (in Main Page) are few "</div>" left, wich is seen for default user. If i report it in wrong place - sorry. ~Herbb.

I found bug here (again) - in a main table there is this text on it's header: 'Return (String) System.getNewsOfTheDay();' - i think that there should be text similar to "News" etc. (just like here: http://wiki.industrial.xaa.pl/
It was just 6th line in 'Main Page'
I think that should be like that (but I haven't tested it yet):

Hi! I want to join because I hate griefers - they're annoying for everyone (including admins and server owners). Currently there's no plugin that can block crafting of few IC2 items that can destroy territory on 'cuboid' - that why I (we) want to block this items.
Currently we have white-list on server, because of that there are less griefers - but still there's many of them...
I want to have really well community on my server - like (probably) every else server admins. I think that together we can make better community on our server.

I have a basic Beginners server under Vanilla Minecraft server 1.8.1 and might switch over to Bukkit 1337.I have noticed so many greifers lately on my server and I don't know what else to do then ban him/her.I think this is a great idea for all server owners running under IC2 and even BC because it can help out with banning greifers and keep track on who's who.
