Heat Conductors, Not Exchangers[edit]
What the hell? Each milliBucket of fluid is worth 200 * [number of Heat Conductors] hU If millibucket of lava can produce 200*10 = 2000Hu, then one bucket can provide 2 kk of HU, ha-ha! --Nictrace (talk) 09:56, 9 September 2019 (UTC)

Name implies it can be used as heater as well, yet I cannot get that functionality to work (maybe a mode switch like the canner?). I know the boiler serves this purpose, but why have 2 machines for those purposes? --RolanDecoy (talk) 17:27, 5 May 2015 (CEST)

Point is the heat exchanger is a unidirectional device as it is used in IC2. With the level of realism the mod has reached in so many aspects one would expect the same here, hence me noting it. --RolanDecoy (talk) 01:56, 6 May 2015 (CEST)
