it shoud use circuit plate as component, and circuit plate crafted from 3tin 3iron, all machines shoud cost much more in order to keep "balance", currently you allowed to craft massfab in 1-2 hours of gameplay.

You can make a mass fabricator in one to two hours, but how long will it take for you to get together the energy infrastructure needed to actually run it at a decent speed?
