Bronze Block in game.

Bronze is a metal resource added by IC². It is not generated as ore, but must instead be crafted from a blend of copper and tin.

Forms[edit]

As bronze has no ore, it does not go through ore processing. Bronze dust is produced via the crafting recipe below.

The recipe is shapeless and any combination of purified/crushed ores or dusts may be used.

Uses[edit]

Bronze is an ingredient in the Wrench, Tool Box, Mixed Metal Ingot, and Windmeter.

Bronze can also be used to craft other, less IndustrialTM items:

  • tools (pickaxe, axe, shovel, hoe, sword)
  • armor
  • rails (in place of iron)

Bronze equipment is slightly less effective than iron (but will mine at the same level).

HAYO[edit]

No, that isn't some casual Bronze which was already known thousands of years ago. This is really Special Bronze!

You can craft all kinds of stuff with it, like Bronze Pickaxes, Bronze Swords, Bronze Armor parts... whatever you can imagine! Bronze has about the same durability as iron and it is nearly as effective as iron tools, too! And who does seriously care about a slight lack in efficiency, if you can look 30% more awesome? HAYO!

As well, Bronze is PERFECT to craft advanced engineer tools. Like Wrenches. It is also perfect to use in place of iron to make rails. HAYO!
