Advanced Heat Vent
The Advanced Heat Vent is an upgraded version of both Heat Vent and Reactor Heat Vent used to cooldown both reactor hull and components.
Each reactor tick, the Advanced Heat Vent will won't draw up any heat from the reactor hull but it'll cool itself by 12 heat. It is useful to cool down heat transmitted by Heat Exchanger
